Sta. Rosa Marine Resources started export business operations in 1975 of seashells, for commercial or industrial use (buttons) and for collectors items or home decorations and later to include shellcraft and handicraft, seaweeds, dried and live fish. |

For the past ten years the company was into the research and development of the natural marine sponges for cosmetics, bath, all-purpose household cleaning, and recently natural sea sponges for special effects on painting. |
